What we believe

God

There is one living and true God, revealed in nature as the Creator, Preserver, and Righteous Governor of the universe.  God has revealed Himself in the Holy Scriptures as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost; yet as one God, infinitely wise and good, whom all intelligent creatures are supremely to love, adore, and obey.

Jesus Christ

Christ is God manifest in the flesh.  In His divine nature, He is truly God; in His human nature, He is truly man.  He is the mediator between God and man, once crucified, He is now risen and glorified, our ever-present Savior and Lord.  No one can come to the Father except through Him.

Holy Spirit

The Scriptures assign to the Holy Spirit all the attributes of God.  He convicts and convinces men of their sin.  At conversion, the Holy Spirit enters the believer’s life to open our understanding to the Scriptures, and to lead us into the truth.

The Bible

The Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments were given by inspiration of God; they are the very words of God and are our infallible rule of faith and practice.  The Word of God is profitable for us, teaching us truth about right and wrong (morality), and instructing us in right living
